Indulge in full concierge service, including restaurant reservations, ground transportation booking, and pre-arrival grocery shopping. Immerse yourself in the heart of Vail Village, just steps away. Kindly note that Riva Ridge South building and units do not have air conditioning. Parking is located in the underground garage below the Riva Ridge South building. All spaces are assigned, please ONLY park in your assigned space and display a valid parking permit. TOV STR license 031666.

**We would like to inform you that Riva Ridge will be undergoing a renovation of the front entrance to the building. This renovation is scheduled to start on September 3rd and is expected to be completed by mid-November. During this time, the main entrance will be inaccessible.
