“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The staff were friendly, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention. There was an impressive variety of fresh and delicious options every morning, so there was something for everyone. Dinner was a bit more difficult. While the hotel itself offers several dining options, we were hoping to find more authentic Portuguese……

“Both the hotel and the room were in good condition: clean, well-maintained, and relatively new. As for the staff, the front desk staff was generally distant and, at times, even unfriendly; however, the staff in the lounge and dining room during breakfast was always friendly, helpful, and efficient. The breakfast was varied and of good quality.”

“There’s not much to dislike , this hotel is lovely especially for couples and adults, however not as fun for kids. Breakfast is fantastic.”

“Overall the hotel was beautiful, though they need a little updating. We had informed the front desk that our phone was not working at all. Maintenance came and was making me flush the toilet 3 times to “reboot the line” I did so and still did not work so I asked for him to return tomorrow cause I saw no point in just flushing the toilet for the phone to work again. Also there was spiders on the balcony.”
