"Overall, great location, large comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The AC worked great. Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The only issue was the TV wasn't working properly and they never fixed during our stay (3 nights/2 days). We would definitely stay here in our next visit to Valladolid."

"This place is beautiful! Appears to be very new and well done. Cenote on the property was gorgeous and we were the only two in it when we went. Pool was lovely and clean. Forest was also really beautiful. Would definitely go out of our way to stay here again!"

Just cant really lay out in the sun and the room i stayed in was very basic and could use a scrubbing and some paint, but the AC worked well. The bathroom was surprisingly nice, but water pressure was low. "
