“The hotel itself is beautiful, but frankly bizarre. Reception staff are very helpful and recommended a great guide. The restaurant is worth missing - average food and slow service. Ordering is done via menus on about 3 different QR codes, which is a nightmare with kids when trying to have a screen free dinner. Breakfast was included but we weren’t allowed to order off a menu - just presented with a very stodgy muffin with sprinkles, small plate of melon and papaya and some very undercooked eggs……

“住了2晚，我们4个人，选的是阁楼套间，非常舒适，洗澡水也大。不过楼下楼上即使都开着空调，但是上下温度还是有差别。我们是包早饭的，早饭不错，选择也多。晚上是自助餐，价格是330当地货币，不含饮料。住这里就是看中离近点近，酒店边门就可以去看金字塔。席大大也来住过，服务人员很礼貌。免费停车，游泳池虽然不大，但是可以戏水，另外会有孔雀，蜥蜴等出没。”

“The hotel is nice, room is comfortable & spacious, food is nice & portion is good for a grown man. But you better check-in before visiting the Mayan ruins, as all the hotels in this zone are 10 minutes walk to second entrance, not main entrance and all the buses are at main entrance too. From main entrance to the hotel, you have to take 80 peso taxi. Moreover, there is no other restaurant around this area, so you must spend 350 peso per head to enjoy the dinner & breakfast. Overall the hotel……
