“Great place to stay clean and private enough to feel loved me no one else around and at the same time if need help or have a problem someone right there for you loved it ”

“Everything was great. However there is no TV so be prepared to spend that day outside or bring board games. Not much to do at night. We were gone during the day everyday but would have been nice to watch at night. Also if you plan on cooking they have everything but seasoning youll want to bring that with you. Id suggest brining food as closest HEB or groc store is 1hr 15min away. They have a nice waterhole to check out outdoor games for kids. We went end of June and was hot but had nice breeze……

We appreciate it so much! This has become our favorite getaway place when we need a break from city life. Already planning our next trip back! ”

“Perfect spot for a family trip. The kids loved playing in the spring behind the property and the property is close enough for a day trip to Garner State Park.”
