We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a very good selection of high-quality food.However, the bar staff needs to up their game. Communication was quite difficult as English skills were lacking, which is surprising given that the vast majority of guests speak English as their first or second language. “Everything about this property is fantastical. I’m glad I chose it and I had a wonderful stay. Room clean and tidied up daily including refreshed bowls and cutlery as needed. All the rooms are close together but give 90% illusion of privacy so that was really great as well. Bed reset was daily. The sunrise view deserves a special mention. Highly recommend and I would stay there again.”

“Sofia's Garden is at a great location and close to everything in Skopelos Town. Away from the main streets, within easy walking distance, it provides quiet and restful environment. The place is older in terms of furniture and amenities, but is properly cleaned every day, and room maid was going out her way to provide us with anything we needed during our stay. This place is a maximum value for money!”

“Had a great time at Afissos Blu Hotel. The location is perfect, right by the sea. Just down the street are a number of tavernas and shops. The little village is quiet and picturesque, ideal for a relaxing vacation. The highlight of our stay was our host. She was extremely helpful and accommodating! We were gifted a jar of homemade honey before we left and felt right at home during our stay. Highly recommended! 5 stars!”

“Pool was closed, even the water fountain was turned off. Our bathroom door handle was broken. The bed was uncomfortable, they only gave us one pillow each so we needed two more which they did provide. The headboard was very uncomfortable. The shower was one you had to hold to use as they didn't have a fixture on the wall. Only hand soap, no shampoos or shower gel provided. No breakfast. We asked to leave our bag before we checked in and they told us to leave it behind the sofa in the lobby,……
