“an updated Route 66 hotel. owner/operator was very helpful. Property is being brought back and 0perator added homemade muffins to breakfast assortment would stay there again.”

“First and foremost this review is based on the fact the room was $69 and on historic Route 66 - that being said … I would absolutely stay here again. The room is clean and has the basics for a nights stay. When you get into the room you have to turn on the AC and plug in the fridge. There are 2 towels and the TV is in the closet with the doors removed. The bed was comfortable the AC cooled the room and the bathroom was adequate. It’s right off the highway. It’s good for a late night stop……

“Just passing through, everything was clean and there was a good amount of space in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed on the highest floor and the room was nice and quiet.”

“The lobby looked great, once you walked to the hallways where the rooms are located there was bags and bags of trash lined up in front of the room doors. Front desk staff not very friendly, seemed to be bothered by checking people in. The maintance staff tried helping but did not have the same access as front desk staff to provide information/receipts. Carpets in halls look like they are never vaccumed as well as the elevator. Elevator walls look like they are never wiped down. No parking……

“They double charged me for one room! The front desk staff was less than helpful-actually they were rude to say the least!”

“Checked in and unpacked that door 120 someone else opened the door and they said they had booked for two nights went to the desk. They hadn’t paid for two nights so they had to wait in a sinus try to find us another room we booked handicapped. evidently Joe have booked the lady and not take payment for two days. Very frustrating for disabled seniors room, smelt, musty, and old. very incompetent Joe, who checked the lady in and then checked her out without paying, but she was still in the room.”
