"After driving for 11 hours, when we arrived to the hotel in Amarillo, TX in the late evening hours, check-in was a breeze. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. This particular hotel welcomed pets. We had our small Frenchie traveling with us. We appreciate hotel's that include a pet policy as there are times when our Frenchie has to travel with us. The room and bathroom were super clean. The continental breakfast was very good. We'll definately stay at this particular hotel for future travels. In fact, we'll stay at other Holiday Inn Express & Suites by IHG in other cities/states for future travels. Overall, our experience was excellent. "
