"Fantastic location, lovely hotel and outstanding staff at reception who couldn’t do enough to make our stay at the hotel a great experience. Staff were happy, kind, knowledgeable and happy to help with restaurant recommendations and travel options e.g. when we wanted to visit Venice for the day. The staff at breakfast were also great. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"If I could give this place more stars I would. The staff is absolutely among the top of any property I have ever stayed (we travel often for work AND spa vacations), this property has edged out my previous number one holder. Enough good things cannot be said about the staff, who always magically appeared when you needed something and made your every wish happen. Special mention to Luigi and Elena at the bar, (thanks for all the delicious drinks!) and all the women working the spa who were endlessly cheerful and kept the place looking beautiful. A well equipped workout room with incredible views, a wide variety of spa services and the sauna and thermal areas of the spa mean this is our new favorite for “me time” vacations. "Nice accommodation, albeit a little tired in places. However, you've everything you need and everything worked without issue. Lots of activities on for younger children if you want to make use of the kids club. Having reserved loungers etc on the beach was worthwhile having included in the price. Location is about a 25 minutes to the main strip. Quite at night."

"Very nice ground floor. Open layout between the restaurant and the children's playground, which is helpful for families. Breakfast generally v good, with the exception of flies on the fresh fruit. Room was pleasant. The orientation of the TV within the room is odd and needs a re-think. I would have appreciated laundry facilities. I stayed for 5 nights and they didn't stock more shower gel in the room during my stay. "
