“Beautiful canal view room. The family room easily fit our family of 4. Was a nice clean room with air conditioning and comfortable beds. Wish we would have used a porter from the train station because it was tough wheeling our luggage up and over the stairs of bridges on our way to the hotel. On arrival we took the public boat and it took about double the time than just walking like we did on our return. Hotel is in great location for cafes and good restaurants too.”

“Air-conditioner at living room is not working. Air-conditioners at bedrooms have strange sound, di di sound, when operating. Cooker hood damaged and is not working. Hair dryer is not working that needs replacement by another one on the second day of stay. Timber floor planks at living room peel off that results in uneven floor level causing my wife fallen down many times. Water seepage and comes out from the timber flooring at living room. Rubbish on the floor of master bedroom.”
