Forever unobstructed Ocean/Islands/City Lights/Arroyo Park views. Arroyo Verde Park consists of 132.21 acres of relatively rugged land. A network of trails runs through natural coastal sage scrub habitat — a plant community that is rapidly disappearing in California. Arroyo Verde is home to many plants and animals.
Your cozy getaway awaits in Ventura at this beautiful studio. With 1 bedroom, this perfect retreat is ideal for solo guests or couples seeking a peaceful escape. Wake up to the gentle breeze and soak in the serene atmosphere of this inviting space. Stay connected with WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of amenities like a hair dryer, heating, and a washing machine. Whether you're exploring the nearby attractions or simply unwinding in the comfort of your own private sanctuary, you'll love every moment of your time in Ventura at our studio. The 75” LG 4K Smart TV provided is without cable channels. The Smart TV has apps for guests to stream with their own media service subscriptions, such as YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney+, ESPN, etc. For the EV charging, guests will pay the host $20 the first night (charging only 9pm-9am) ; $15 each additional night of stay for the privilege of using the installed Tesla Wall Connector EV charger. (The charge is for the entire stay, not per nights used. For non-Tesla vehicles, Guests will need to bring their own charging adapter.). - Washer & Dryer are available on site. It is $5/ per load.
