“This townhouse works well for families. There is a lot of stairs in this property, which I wasn’t expecting more than one flight. We had a hard time getting the internet connected, but we weren’t “home much” so it wasn’t a big deal for us. If you plan to cook real meals you may need to bring your own pans, there wasn’t a normal size skillet, and no cookie sheet, trying to make bacon was an experience as there was also no tongs. “I recommend to confirm the property location before booking. The property was not in the Little Armenia neighborhood. The property is in a nice area though. Some amenities that were missing are air conditioning and a gym. These two amenities were reasons why this property was selected and booked. There is a box and circular fans available. The property manager is responsive to questions, inquiries and providing item(s) that were not present after checking in. ”

“Our group of four attended a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. We walked there and back. So easy! Uber/Lyft an easy option to other attractions. Beds comfortable, view fantastic, good WiFi. Bring your own coffee and laundry detergent if needed, but plenty of other basic amenities. ”

“This is one of the best places we have stayed in LA. The central location worked well for us. We were there for the weekend so we were able to go to The Melrose Trading Post, a massive flea market, just a couple blocks away. We also enjoyed all the thrift stores near by. It was certainly large enough for two people. Parking was so convenient as it is in the secure garage below the building. Loved staying here!”

“The townhouse was very nice. But these was a problem with ants. Also the blinds in the unit were broken and unable to open and close. There was a window that was not installed correctly and was just hanging. No screen a big safety issue.. Only one television in the whole townhouse. The bathroom downstairs light would not go off. Lastly the noise from the next door unit at 1:30 am for running on the stairs. ”
