“The staff was wonderful, and helpful when anything went wrong. Room service did not come the day they were supposed to but the front office lady was so sweet and brought everything we needed to our room super quick. The pool and hot tub were amazing and we enjoyed them. We did also have some small ants in our room which was not ideal. Other than that, not a bad stay.”

“Room smelled of mildew and mold. Couches were wet to the touch and killed 2 roaches. Seems like there was a recent leak. If we hadn't checked in so late we would have left.”

“The room was very clean, well stocked with towels and the staff was warm and welcoming. We went downstairs to the bar instead of going out and ordered food while enjoying the pleasant atmosphere. The only con was the coffee maker didn't work for us. When we were leaving, the front desk inquired about our stay and offered to make us coffee. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

“My first time experience with Hampton was not the best. The staff did their best but the property hosted guests while rénovations were on going. Very dusty, making our rooms and the air with breath dirty. There was no hot breakfast for all 3 days. We were only given a 1day breakfast pass at a burritos 🌯 restaurant for only 2 people while we were 2 adults and 3 kids which was mentioned in out reservation. Overall everyone that stayed there during the weekend of July 17th 2026 deserves a 50%……
