Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because we were unable to check in until 4pm for our overnight stay and we had to check out by 10am the next morning. Paying $370 for one night and not being able to even stay for a 24 hr period in our room is quite unfair. Otherwise the staff and dinner were ...

Just completed our annual snow trip to Buller. We stayed in a family room. Big room (for the snow) with breakfast included. Amazing location at the top of Bourke St. Proper ski in/out. And the Double cheseburger on their menu is legit! We'll definitely be coming back.

Great overall experience. The location is easy to get in and around from. We would stay again. Only thing to remember is collecting the key in Mansfield on your way up to the mountain!
