"The hosts were incredibly accommodating to me as a young traveler studying abroad and visiting Dubrovnik for the weekend. I missed my flight due to an illness and they went out of their way to cater to me and my last minute booking! They even went as far as to bring me chicken noodle soup and flu medicine when I inquired about where a local pharmacy was! I cannot say enough incredible things about this place!"

"During our 3 nights stay, we had some good & not so good experiences. The view from our room was mind-boggling- serenity & Mother Nature beauty at its best! We appreciated the sweet treat left in our room every evening. However, the very first day, we had to call them to set up our beds together as they had kept it as two separate ones. Secondly, when we were to prepare our cup of coffee, lo! was terrified to see that the kettle spout from outside was having residues. They took too long to replace it and we unfortunately landed having our cup of coffee too late! Lastly, we had to request for an iron in our room (expected it should have been provided in the room). It’s a 5 star property! The lady at the travel info counter was not approachable. She was in a big rush to dispose us off. We were the only ones around when we were making enquiry how to commute to Dubrovnik and return. Yes, we did enjoy a cordial conversation with the staff who dropped us off by the buggy. He did make our day! The breakfast had a good enjoyable spread. We had the pleasure of 2 waiters who smiled while attending to us but most of them appeared snobbish- no smile! We did enjoy browsing the Souvenir Gift Shop and purchased a few items. We felt that the housekeeping has room for improvement, considering it’s a 5 star hotel. We liked the property overall and had a calm stay. Cavtat, has a very beautiful vibe. Thank you!"

"It was our first time to Croatia and boy what a trip that was. The staff were amazing, facilities were top notch, I think the food is the only part we could comment that needs improving, specifically dinner and choice of options. Breakfast was amazing quality and choice!"

"Very clean and modern property overlooking the bay. Full breakfast buffet was great and the sister hotel next door has 2 pools, a gym and sauna and steam room all of which you can use for free. Ferry to Dubrovnik leaves in front of the hotel and the number 10 bus is a 10min walk uphill that runs between Cavtat and Dubrovnik. Take the ferry unless you are super fit! Highly recommend."

"Newly renovated hotel inside the old city walls. Very clean and comfortable with incredibly helpful staff. Can’t beat the location and proximity to all the sights and shopping in old town Dubrovnik. Key pad entry to the lobby. Front desk seems to only be staffed in the morning. Decent breakfast with excellent coffee. Only downside is the old plumbing smell from the toilet. Just need to keep the lid closed :-) Tip #1 : Start your day early as hordes of tourists arrive around 10am. Tip #2 : If driving to Dubrovnik, please note old town Dubrovnik is a restricted zone. You need to have a permit to enter the area."
