It is clear this place was a labor of love to build and is well maintained. The volcanoes national park was 5 mins away and so convenient. The little “town” of Volcano had good restaurants and art center. Wir waren als Familie mit 1 Kind im Guest Cottage für (leider nur) 2 Nächte und haben den Regenwald und die Nähe zum Volcanoes Nationalpark genossen. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt, Frühstück wird jeweils am Vortag nach Wunsch geliefert. They will text you to meet you at the time you arrive to show you around and if you need anything you can text. The place does come with free wifi and it has a kitchen and free breakfast items. I loved the Japanese hot tub in the back but this place is so cozy in paradise tranquility! I definitely recommend this spot if staying in Hilo! This was the most serene and relaxing place we have stayed! The hosts are so charming and helpful but still give you a lot of privacy. The grounds are incredible! You feel like you’re in the middle of the rainforest! Great place to disconnect in nature.
