“說是兩點入住，卻是五點才有人服務，害我們不能先拿到免費交通卡先用，浪費不少時間，飯店內光線不足，有點可怕。因為是假日，不能使用三溫暖，有點掃興，但這樣就得先告知。還有網路上的價錢說是有折扣過，其實在和我在櫃台看的價錢表根本是一樣，有被騙的感覺。房間內大致上很不錯，但小孩床邊卻有不穩固的立燈，很危險。早餐選擇不多，但餐廳裝飾佈置不錯。”
