“Check in was quick and easy. Very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable once i got the heater going. Floor was cold, might want to bring your own house slippers. Bathroom lighting was not bright, for the makeup girlies. They did not have conditioner or lotion. They had shampoo and body wash. Bath water was very hot, tub was super comfy. ”

“Th hotel is lovely and in a great area of town. The check in process was to put it politely "not customer friendly". We had to use an iPad to enter every bit of information, while the clerk (who had a full keyboard and could do this many times faster than 2 fingers on a small iPad) watched and did not intervene to assist unless asked.
