Beautiful, spacious, quiet and well equipped with all the necessities.

This was the perfect vacation home for our family of mostly seven adults. It is beautiful and super clean and had comfortable furnishings with everything we needed. The surrounding grounds are picture perfect, quiet and so close to many great beaches. Great shopping center is close by. The home has a well supplied kitchen and plenty of beach gear. The living spaces are immaculate and spacious and comfortable. My entire family was impressed. Michelle is super responsive and attentive. By far this is the best rental we have ever enjoyed and we would definitely love to come back again!

Phenomenally Appointed and a Wonderfully Responsive Host

Our stay was fantastic! The condo is so well-appointed with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation! The garage is so well-stocked with snorkel gear, beach toys, sand umbrellas, a wide variety of floaties of all shapes and sizes, as well as a ton of very new and clean kids stuff (Pack-n-Play, baby booster for table, kids booster car seats) that made our trip even better. The condo itself is very well-kept with so many thoughtful additions. We felt like it had a very personal touch that we haven’t seen in other rentals. The location is also absolutely optimal. Michelle, the host, was so helpful and responsive to all our questions. We felt like she was very personally invested in our stay being a great one. We absolutely hope to book Michelle’s condo again for our trip next year!

Amazing vacation oasis

Our stay was amazing! From the initial communication to check in and throughout our stay the host was amazing. I can't say enough about the beautiful, well appointed property. From a chef stocked kitchen to beach, pool and snorkeling gear everything was amazing. The attention to detail was fantastic. We loved the proximity to shops, groceries and restaurants, it was walkable and so convenient. Having two pools onsite was amazing and the extra bonus of Hilton passes absolutely made our stay. We would come back with family or friends anytime! Thank you for a memorable and amazing vacation!

Big island stay

We had a great time here during our stay. Beautiful space, great location just across the street from the Queens market. We made use of the beach chairs and umbrellas and the igloo cooler was great. There is a good bit of driving involved on the big island, it was 2 hours to Volcano Natl Park, 30 minutes to Kona and 10 minutes to beaches that take your breath away. Would highly recommend.

Family vacation

It was perfect!!! Super clean; comfortable; has everything you need, even for beach time and snorkeling. Lovely kitchen nicely equipped Master bedroom has sunrise view: we woke up every day at 5:30 am so we wouldn’t miss a single one. Love the location within the Waikola Beach area. Took morning walks to the shore near a Preserve that would then circle back along the bay. We would definitely stay here again!!!!!

Comfort and Elegance in Paradise

Well-equipped and comfortable large condo with elegant furnishings. Feels like a private, single-family home. Easy walk to both shopping centers. The ground-level lanai is a great place to unwind in the evenings, and there is a second-level balcony with lounge chairs for outdoor napping! Huge assortment of beach supplies, and pool temp was perfect. Our only regret was not booking more time!

WOW!!

This was one of the very best places we have been privileged to stay in around the world! Top quality, warm and welcoming, a spacious home away from home. High-end finishes, luxury bed linens and towels, extremely well-equipped kitchen; the owners have thought of everything, even providing beach chairs and snorkeling gear. In a beautiful location overlooking the golf course, just a 2-minute walk to the pool, and 5-minute drive to the beach. Highly recommended. Mahalo!

An amazing stay!

This condo was perfect for our group of 6. It had all the comforts of home. Large master suite with walk- in closet allowed us to put luggage away. Very clean, well- stocked kitchen, large washer and dryer, and comfortable beds and pillows. The garage had every beach necessity; chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, pool noodles, and cooler. We were traveling with family who rented another condo a couple of buildings down the road. This condo was much nicer than theirs. We couldn't have been happier with these accommodations.

Great Stay in Lovely Unit

Lovely unit, well maintained and plenty of room for everyone! Having 3 bathrooms was a great perk for everyone to be able to get ready at the same time. The proximity/walkability to shopping, restaurants, beaches, walking paths and so much more was amazing! Well stocked kitchen for those looking to share family meals, especially out on the patio where you can watch the local goats hanging out with the golfers ;) Great home base for adventurous groups. So easy to drive to multiple routes …..Hilo, south point, etc. Had a great visit at Puʻukoholā Heiau National Historic Site where we saw humpbacks from above! Loved how close Lava Lava Beach Club was for sunset evenings. Music was exceptional and enjoyed the family lawn games while we waited! The host was very responsive and could not have been nicer!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location!

My wife and I just stayed at this lovely Waikoloa Beach Resort home with our 3 children (ages 7 through 12) for the kids' Spring Break. The house is marvelous, with great outdoor seating and very comfortable bedrooms and interior living spaces. The surrounding property and grounds are simply spectacular in vegetation and greenery. There were plenty of beach supplies in the garage for us to use, and so many activities are within walking distance or just a short car ride away. The property is across from the Queens and Kings Marketplaces, which gave us walking access to lots of great restaurants and shops. The Island Gourmet is a great market to get food, alcohol, and common drugstore supplies (like Tylenol and sunscreen). Some of our favorite local spots included Lava Lava Beach Club, the Luau at the Hilton, Daylight Mind Cafe for breakfast, Kamuela Provision Company restaurant for a fancy dinner on the waterfront, Foster's Kitchen (best fish tacos I have ever had!), On The Rocks for a casual dinner watching the sunset and listening to live music in Kailua/Kona, and for a quick delicious local bite we loved Ippy's Hawaiian "Barbeque". We hiked the majestic Pololu Trail down to a black sand beach near Hawi, did the Flumin Kahola kayak ride, kayaked and snorkeled Kealakekua BayI had to ask Michelle (the owner) a quick question and I was able to reach her on her cell phone promptly. She was easy to communicate with via email, the VRBO website, and by cell phone. The pictures shown of the house are true to the real thing, one really has to see and stay at the house to fully appreciate it! We have been to Hawaii many times, and this was the best house we have stayed at on the islands. We were very sad to depart, but we have left with many fond memories.

Had a great stay , couldn't ask for better area and property. Everything you need is right there. Golf course is excellent and use of Hilton water park makes everyone happy. Unit had everything we needed very clean . We will be back ..

The PERFECT Home for your Big Island Vacation!

This was a wonderful home-away-from-home for our family vacation! Our trip included 5 adults and 3 children aged 8, 4, and 8 months, and this home made it very easy to enjoy our time with the little ones. It had everything we needed, including a pack and play with extra sheets—much appreciated—highchair, a variety of pool toys, and plenty of pool towels. For the beach, there were snorkel sets, fins, beach blankets, umbrellas, coolers, and a wagon to conveniently transport everything, which was a great convenience. The kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality appliances and cookware, including the outdoor grill where we did most of our cooking. Having all of the spices provided was a huge help as well. All the beds were very comfortable with nice linens, and the overall peacefulness of the complex allowed us to enjoy restful nights. The location was ideal for the beaches we prefer, and Michelle’s communication was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to returning and appreciate you sharing your lovely home with us!

Ideal family home away from home.

Walking into the villa was like walking in to someone’s home. It was so well appointed, equipped and clean. This gated villa was so ideally situated, close to many amenities. Some of our family could be at the beaches, some shopping, some laying at the pool and some just relaxing at the villa. Couldn’t of asked for a better vacation.

Perfect Place For Two Young Families

My family and our best friends family stayed here for a week. 2 couples, a 3 year old, a two year old, and a 4 month old. It was perfect. Very roomy and cozy at the same time. The lanai and outside play area were perfect for the kids- and we all loved the pool. The Hilton Pool Pass day was SUPER FUN too, definitely a highlight of the trip. It’s also good location to many great beaches. I would highly recommend this home!

Location Location Location

We loved our stay at this property. The communication with the owner was excellent. All the living spaces were comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked. We particularly liked the location of the unit relative to shops, restaurants, and grocery store (literally minutes away on foot). There was very little outside noise (except for the birds, which we loved). Would definitely recommend this rental and stay there again.

Hawaii Paradise

Michelle was a great host. Her property exceeded our expectations in all aspects. It was an easy drive from the airport to Waikoloa Beach Villas. The entrance and drive to the unit was similar to driving into a botanical garden. The grounds were amazing and the unit itself was impeccably furnished with everything needed and in perfect condition. Everything worked as promised and Michelle was accessible to answer any questions. Our time went by way to fast and we didn’t have time to enjoy all the amenities at the Villas, but we did go and have a look at the pool and exercise room. Would have been an excellent place to relax, but we were on the go the entire stay. The other great thing about Michelle’s Villa was its location. Many great restaurants and specialty stores within easy walking distance. Hope we have an opportunity to return soon to the island. This will be our number one spot if it’s available.

Amazing Stay at J4 Waikoloa Beach Villas

Our stay at Waikoloa Beach Villas in J4 was nothing short of amazing! The condo property is well maintained and beautiful. The condo itself is immaculate, gorgeous and everything you could want in a vacation rental and more. The condo itself is well appointed with everything you need for a luxurious stay for your vacation. It was like being in my own home, with everything we needed at our fingertips. The attention to detail that Michelle the owner has put into this home is amazing! I looked at the pictures of this condo for months before we finally got there for our vacation. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Wonderfully decorated, comfortable and with everything you need to enjoy your time in Waikoloa. We had everything that you could possibly need to go to the beach or play in the pool which was great! We enjoyed the beautiful wrap around lanai and the amazing built-in barbecue. In addition, it came with a Hilton pool pass, which we used several times. This condo is located close to some of the most beautiful popular beaches on the big island. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Queens and Kings Marketplaces. Over the years we have rented other condos in Waikoloa and I can honestly say this is the best one we have ever stayed in. Now it is the only one we will ever stay in when we come to Waikoloa. It was hard to leave after our two weeks because it felt so comfortable and homey. Michelle, the owner is absolutely wonderful and very personable. She responds immediately if you have a question. If I could give a rating higher than a five I absolutely would. We look forward to coming back to J4 on our next visit to the Big Island! Great stay!!

Highly recommend this particular villa..............with the location, built-in gas grill and discounted golf rates, you can't beat it. We return to Waikoloa Village every few years and this is definitely our favorite rental. Everyone in our group also commented on the comfort of each of their beds. Nothing negative to say about this place. Enjoy!!

Perfect Stay!

This was our first trip to Hawaii and this location was nothing but perfect for my family. Not only is it a beautiful property/condo, it is across a shopping center that has what you need including dining options. Everything was perfectly clean, well equipped, and beds were comfortable! The Hilton Pool pass, beach chairs and ice chest were a huge plus for us. Michelle is a great host and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. I definitely recommend and look forward to staying again.
