“The man working at the desk put in the wrong email address for me. He didn't look at what I'd written down, but just assumed it was my whole last name. I don't know what was sent to the wrong address, but once he put the right one in I received an invoice that had my full name, my partner's full name, my home address, phone number and the last four digits of my credit card. “The spa was way more than we expected –– an absolute highlight! Staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast and coffee/cake hour were lovely. Our only note is that the rooms themselves could use an update. The carpetting in our room was old and smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. If the rooms could have the same update that the spa had, this would be a dream hotel. As it is, it was still excellent, and we felt great for the value.”

“Location is great! 5mins walk to the Zugspitze Bahnhof and 7-8mins walk to the main City Center with a lot of shops. Lidl is located just across the street with openings Mon-Sat 8-20hr. With a 5-10mins walk you can reach a lot of good restaurants. Very convenient. Hotel buffet breakfast is very nice with a lot of choices. The mountain view suite is enough big for 2 people and the room design is modern and new. The hot water is not stable though and the parking is expensive - the only two things……
