“The apartment is beautifully restored, whimsically decorated with very nice furniture which is also comfortable. There are lights and outlets everywhere!! Linens and towels sparking clean and brand new!! All kinds of kitchen equipment. As an “older person”!! I had a little trouble navigating the shower that is in an enclose tub but that would not be a problem for the young. It is in a part of town with a moderately busy street and a rooster in the am!! “We were please with this top floor property which was only 3.5 miles where we were for graduation weekend. The apartment is well-appointed and quiet. Karl was an excellent and highly responsive host. Some reviews mention difficulties accessing the driveway because of the unusual road intersections there, but we did not find that an issue. The parking is ample and behind the building. Nice yard, patio, and grill area. Not fancy but very functional. We would stay there again.”
