“Great location. Ocean access and views. We saw dolphins daily. Home was clean and comfortable. Young adults loved the pool table and hot tub. Everything was close and easy to access. Highly recommend this property for a beach vacation regardless of age.”

“Family vacation of 6 adults and 2 children under 3. We enjoyed Booty Treats every night. Easy access to the beach. Nice spacious home. Had a great time ”

“This house was great & had everything we needed for a vacation! We loved the hot tub & the covered front porch. The chairs on the back deck were really nice too. The weather was cool so we didn’t use the pool but we looked at it & it was good. There are beach chairs under the house which was perfect for us since we didn’t have extra room to pack ours. There’s a water hose on each end of the house as well to was your feet & in our case spray off the windows of our vehicles bc they got terribly...

“House was immaculate and had everything we needed. Golf cart was an awesome feature Beach access was so close we did not miss being ocean front at all. Beds super comfortable. Great area close to bars and restaurants. ”

“Nice house very close to the beach south of nags head. We loved taking our coffee to the beach each morning. The house was clean, well taken care of and had most of what we needed. Don’t forget to bring your own towels! Shops and restaurants are 5 minutes away by car. Propert manager was very responsive and provided a lot of information about things to do, places to eat, etc.”

“This was an amazingly good location with obviously easy access to the beach and a convenient distance from groceries, etc. But I can’t say enough about how comfortable and pleasant the home is. We have rarely stayed in a rental location that felt so little like a garden-variety vacation rental and so much like a home. “Great location. Loved having morning coffee on the deck watching the magnificent sunrise. The ocean abound with wildlife; dolphins, osprey, gulls etc. Place was great for family with everyone able to have a private room and bath! Views were great from the living room. House was comfortable with all the necessities. Loved gazing at the stars from the hot tub. Management team was quick and responsive to inquiries. Check in and out was easy.”

“Amber was very prompt at getting back to me if we had any questions. The property is as appears in the listing. It’s a prime location about a 2 min drive to the beach. Tons of parks to explore, close to shopping. Grocery store was a min away. ”
