"The check in was very easy and quick and staff was very friendly. Although the room can use some upgrades, the room had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. Very close to the beach, mini putt, restaurants, everything you need. I would definitely book here again "

"This is the perfect spot. Quick walk to the beach, able to come back for lunch with the kids and head back to the beach. Place is very clean and new. Outdoor seating area is new and cozy. Equipped with lots of seating areas, swings, and BBQ’s. Also laundry is available to use as well (very handy with the kids and sand). It does back onto a busier street so can be a bit noisy with louder cars but that didn’t bother us. "

"This is a classic beach 1 motel. Very friendly hosts. Everything is clean but dated. Go in with appropriate expectations for a motel! Right across from beach. Beautiful, clean pool at the back of the property- we didn’t see it at first but asked and given directions and it’s a great spot to relax! So happy we stayed! We will likely stay again!"

"The location and upkeep of this property make it an ideal place for an affordable family vacation to Wasaga Beach. The atmosphere was friendly and laid back and the view to the beach quite stunning. The cabins are older in style, but quaint and comfortable. The host was always around and responsive. "

"We were 8 retired nurses here to attend the funeral of one of our colleagues. The accommodation was perfect - we each had our own bed, there was space to be together and reminisce and kitchen facilities to prepare snacks and breakfast. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate to allow us oudoor time,, but that was out of anyone's control.. Tal was great and took a picture for us before we left."

"We had a great stay at this beach cottage! The location is perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the main tourist beach area. The cottage was very clean, and the photos in the listing were accurate, which we appreciated. The staff were friendly, and booking was a breeze with good communication throughout. The cottage comfortably slept 5 adults, but any more might have felt too crowded, mainly due to the small common areas and the fact that there's only one small bathroom. The kitchenette is quite tiny, with room for just one person to cook/wash at a time. The coffee pot was a small "coffee-for-two" size, but filters were provided, which was a nice touch. We suggest bringing dish cloths, tea towels, hand towels, dish soap, and baking pans if you plan to use the oven. The air conditioning kept us cool, and the strong wifi signal was a plus. We enjoyed the outdoor space, with a picnic table and umbrella on our deck, as well as a fire pit with lawn chairs and a shared BBQ area. The bedrooms each had a comfortable double bed, but there's not much room for anything else—no night tables, just the bed, which is typical for a beach cottage of this size. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful at night, and the other guests were friendly. Overall, this cottage offered that "classic Wasaga Beach experience". We appreciated the accuracy of the listing, and the little details that made our stay comfortable. We'd happily stay here again!"

"There was a group of us who stayed here for two nights. It was close to the beach and you cannot swim in the water behind the property as it is water access for boats etc. to come in and out of the area. When we got there there was a few key items missing such as dishwasher pods, dish soap, oven mitts, hand soap in the bathroom. I did message the host about this and they offered to have the housekeeper bring some the next morning. However, we had already gone to Walmart to replace them. It also states that it sleeps 6:00 but there was not enough bedding and towels for six people. So luckily some of us brought some anyways. For example, the futon downstairs is listed as a bed, but there was no pillow or blankets to go with it. The host was very nice and helpful and very responsive. Check-in was easy. Outside. The garbage area was overflowing and very disgusting. We honestly weren't even sure where to put the garbage without just leaving it outside for the animals to get to. Overall a nice place in a good area. It was nice and quiet there. The outdoor portion is absolutely beautiful. Be aware that the walk to the beach has no sidewalk. If you are traveling with kids. There is quite a large shoulder on the side of the road though."
