Whispering Pines on Deer Lake! Beautifully updated and furnished 4 Bedroom, 2 full bath lake home in charming Wautoma. Situated on a large wooded lot with a wrap around deck overlooking Deer Lake. Completely remodeled house that sleeps 11. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and spacious lake home. Private and located on Deer Lake, (no wake) with access to Hills Lake, (full wake) for additional boating fun, just steps from the home! Enjoy time together on the large deck, around the fire pit, kayaking or fishing in the serene lake, grilling out on the gas grill, or preparing meals in the gorgeous kitchen. Close to restaurants and bars for fun and entertainment, as well as two 18 hole golf courses. Kayaks and small fishing boat included!

PERFECT! Very comfortable accommodations for six adults. Lovely views. Too bad we had rain so we couldn’t enjoy that wonderful deck to its full capacity. Would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you Eric. You are a great host and your place is very nice.

Wonderful Holiday Weekend
Our stay was lovely for the Fourth of July. Fireworks weren’t allowed, but you could see them other lakes near us outside. We could easily fit 6 adults with the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The lake was so clear; it was great to just relax near the pier. The fishing was also successful. We caught 7 within 2 hours; some on kayaks and some off the pier. We used all 5 kayaks available. The hill was a little steep for adults over 60, but the trail was smooth with sand. The kitchen has the main necessities, but you may need to bring to a couple extras if you’re cooking every meal. We used the grill for almost every meal, which was near a great patio section.

Weather was great. Good small lake for grandkids to fish and kayak safely. A bit disappointed with the condition of cabin. Downstairs bedroom was damp and noisy. Boat that was advertised was not available.

The house is warm with all amenities, with a terrace, overlooking the lake. The house has everything you need for cooking. Our children didn't want to leave. The house has Internet, some board games, TVs. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice home! We had plenty of space for; 6 adults, a 6 yo, 3 yo, 3 month old, and 2 dogs. Ice fishing was great. The owner's communication is EXCELLENT! I strongly recommend this house and owner.

The pictures are 100% accurate, but somehow, in person, it’s even more charming and homey. Exactly what I and my 4 sisters were looking for in a Sisters Weekend. Plenty of both communal and private space. Lovely views and fun things to do on the property.

Peace, Quiet and Water!
Our stay on Deer Lake was perfect. We saw deer, wild turkeys, assorted water fowl. We caught a couple of 18” large mouth bass, which were delicious, and enjoyed having a grill. We swam the length of the lake and kayaked, and could see to the bottom nearly the whole way! Local ice cream in town topped it off. Eric was very responsive when we had a question. Perfect way to get out of the city and back to nature.

Our family really enjoyed our time at Deer Lake. The house came with everything we needed for a fun vacation. It was nice that all the boats were included along with extra gas for the grill, supplies for campfires, and board games for rainy days. Location was also great with the grocery store and several delicious restaurants within 10 mins.
