“What impressed me the most about this trip was the communications from the owner. I am 100% combat disabled and have a service animal... Peter was EXCELLENT about communicating with us and making sure we were well cared for, from start to finish. He was kind and caring and attended our needs. Everything was exactly the way it was described in the listing. The backyard was under construction, so we didn't get a chance to use the pool, but that was fine! Steps away from the center of town and……

“This vacation house is very much false advertisement, when we pulled up. The grass was uncut pretty much as high as my knees. There was a dog kennel on the side of the house in 100° weather, which is absolutely horrible. The backyard had bushes growing up the house covering the back door and the walkway, it says in the description that you get the whole entire house with your party, but that’s not true. You share the house with 2 to 3 other people that are renting the house or actually living……

“If you like riding bikes, it's the ideal place to stay. There are plenty of trails near by and you can ride your bike to them. The apartment is comfortable and very quiet. The apartment is on the first floor with 3 steps getting to your front dóor. No stairs inside. Very nice neighborhood and close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend for a very enjoyable vacation.”

“This was a very nice, quiet, and private place to stay. Clean and comfortable, it was in an excellent location for walking to the beach and riding bikes along the greenway and into historic Fernadina Beach. It was very easy to communicate with the host and the entire experience was very positive. We did not use the pool or tennis courts but they were a nice option. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Chris and Hayden were excellent hosts. This stay is a guest house behind the main house that is very private. It was very clean with fun nautical decor that features a one bedroom, couch with television, and a small kitchen. The hosts were responsive if needed and easy parking. We loved staying here as it was perfect for a weekend getaway.”
