the room was disgustingly dirty, walls dirty bathroom had someones used soap with hair, cobwebs everywhere the staff wasnt even there when we arrived i didnt think we would be able to get in our room! had to call support multiple times. definitely getting what u pay for here. and the room smelled like cigarettes dirty sheets BUGS gnats spiders its a hell no for me

Loved the lake and the beautiful grounds. So peaceful and relaxing!

It wasn’t a good experience. Stayed in several different hotels/motels in the past, due to my husband travels for work. Have seen our share of properties, but this one didn’t look anything like the pictures. Against my better judgement, I didn’t look at the reviews like I normally do, the property looked very clean and updated according to the photos. We were a little crunched for time so I just reserved it. When his coworker came to the room he sent a video, the room looked dirty, smelled of cigarette smoke in a nonsmoking, beds felt like you laid on a pile of bricks, broken drawers in the kitchenette, no eyes as listed, and the bathroom wasn’t clean at all. Simply put, we didn’t stay and will always read reviews from here on out!
