"We had a great time at this house, as a friend group over a long weekend :). Check in was straight forward, communication with the owner was easy. The outdoor screened in space under the main house was amazing - having the extra fridge and freezer down there was awesome! The fans were appreciated and the inside AC spaces always stayed cool. Some of the folks in our groups with slight mobility issues appreciated the steps and handrail to easily walk in and out of the river. The amenities at this house were thoughtful and we had everything we needed! While paper products are provided for the first few days (this is standard and we brought our own extra just in case), we were pleasantly surprised by the extra towels and even beach towels for use. We enjoyed being in the canal, much quieter than the main river but plenty of people enjoying the water at all times :). Water is clear and high tide is optimum for floating and swimming off the dock or stairs. Saw a big manatee on 2 separate occasions in the canal during high tide.We had a blast and would come back! "

Not to mention, the views were incredible. This house is perfect for families and friends for a short getaway or a week long stay. We'll definitely be back. Love it! "
