“Biggest issue was poor communication. Once we were checked in, we found there was very little toilet paper and no cleaning supplies. We asked via their Whatsapp they provided if these could be provided and they said yes, but no one ever showed up and no one communicated until we repeatedly complained. No cleaning supplies is a huge problem if there is no cleaning service for an entire week, especially with a family staying.”

“We enjoyed our stay. We got 2 nice two bed room apartments. It was in a wonderful area with bus stops within a 5 min walk. The tube is further away, around 10 minutes. The major problem is the checkin which is 30 minutes away in Camden Town, but if you know your way around town, it is not a problem. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away which was great. I guess the experience all depends on which apartment you get. Thanks to there staff, we got 2 apartments in the same building or else it would……

“The property was in an excellent location, very central. Secure and felt safe. Not a very warm homey feeling, more sterile and new. The laundry machine was so useful, though the handle was broken and a bit difficult to open. It was very spacious and comfortable. “Lovely room, close to the lively street but still very safe. Hosts were very friendly and easy to contact. ”

“Overall the stay was pleasant. However, the shower needs proper plumbing. I had it fixed on day 3 as it went so bad that water overflowed, but days 5 and 6 it repeated again. Also, I hope slippers could be provided even at a cost. They are not something that can easily be bought in the City of London.”
