Nicely presented hotel with great facilities and rooms. Staff were very helpful & friendly and the location was great - plenty of local bars, pubs and restaurants and near to Old Street station.

Staff on check in desk could do with a bit pf training in customer service. They seemed almost surprised to have to speak to a guest. I get the whole "this is a cool hotel" thing, but good manners are also a thing.

Stunning property. Gorgeous rooms and roof top restaurant. Staff were great . Thank you to Arvin at Llama resting ( roof) and to Adrianna ( front desk) and there were others I would list but did not get their names. The seating areas on the main floor are so comfy and cozy. Short walk to the subway and buses. Sainsburys is about four minutes away by foot. Truly enjoyed everything about this hotel. Second Hoxton I have stayed at with one of my daughters. Highly recommend.
