“I had a horrible experience. I booked in advance and when arrived they have given my room up because I didn’t checkin by 6pm and we arrived around 8pmbut I paid for the room already. This was during a busy weekend where the furniture convention was in town and every hotel was book within and 1 and 10mins distance. We were lucky to have found a motel which was horrible and dirty but we had no choice e. This hotel left us in a city with no hotel, no other options and the night staff was so rude……

“We were so impressed with this hotel. Our room was so nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was amazing. We chose not to have room cleaning for a day, and the staff asked us if we were sure, and told us if we needed anything where go, and just plane all welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was amazing and staff there so friendly and helpful. We will plan to use this hotel again in the future. Thank you HIE Starkville, MS!!!! ”

“Bathroom was not very clean. Mold in shower, something splattered on the wall next to the toilet. Very dirty grout on the floor. Light above the coffee bar was burnt out. ”
