“House was very poorly presented. Insects around the front door from guttering full of weeds. All interior walls looked dirty, full of badly filled holes, weird unused hooks all over the walls, black hairs on most room floors. Cutlery in drawers dirty, 1 single fluorescent light bulb in most rooms. Laundry had no working lighting. No bedside lamps in any bedrooms. Beds were particularly unsupportive. Very oddly placed main tv (not in loungeroom), very glitchy to watch and extremely poor sound. 1……
