Sleep Inn & Suites Page at Lake Powell

"The positive: The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. Parking was easy. The front door had an overhead cover which was helpful as we departed in the rain. The negative: There was only one elevator. The hotel definitely needed a second one. The breakfast buffet was "ok". There was only one waffle iron, which was inadequate for the volume of customers. The non-stick spray for the waffle maker listed silicone as the next ingredient after water. I really don't think consuming silicone is a good idea. The orange juice was very diluted. The tables were set-up oddly. There was a long counter with barstools, but it was unusable because the tables and chairs were set too close. Many of the options were loaded with sugar. Some of the toppings offered for the waffles were red goo labeled "strawberry" and "cherry" and rainbow sprinkles. The yogurt options were also high in sugar content. The bathrooms in the room had shampoo and conditioner in the shower and hand lotion at the sink in larger pump-top containers, but not soap. Soap was individual bars. It just seemed strange not to offer soap dispensers in the shower and at the sink if they already had containers for the other items. The shampoo dispenser in our shower was empty."

"A surprise, out of the way place offering beautiful vistas and a relaxing atmosphere. Caters to busses as well as independent travelers. On site restaurant so no need to travel to Page for meals. Friendly staff."

"Everything about our stay was absolutely fabulous. Eric truly goes out of his way to make everything perfect, and everyone feel welcome. We especially enjoyed breakfast, which was delicious every day, and the hot tub is a don’t miss as well. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Big Water, you found it! Thanks again, Eric!"

"The motel, rooms, and restaurant were great. The motel is very new and there were some very minor issues with getting doors to close, or stay closed. However, everything else was great and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again."
