It took far too long to get checked in. 4 people on reception and only 2 checking people in and the queue was out the front door. The other 2 reception staff I understand where there for already checked in quests but with a queue as long as this one there should have been more people helping.

The hotel is old needs paint and overall updating. Ac made noises all night and you could hear the people above walking around so needs more soundproofing. Our shower had a crack all through the bottom so we did not use it. However the staff were friendly
