“It’s my second time staying at this establishment, and I’ve been happy with both experiences. The hosts are friendly and easy to reach. The rooms and beds are as advertised. Bed was comfortable and clean. There are shared bathrooms and kitchen. The guest house is conveniently located in Koreatown and close to the freeway (if you drive; plus you can pay for gated parking for $5/night or street park for free) and close to bus stop. “The place was super cute. One thing is the toilet doesn’t have a door you only have a curtain. So if you are someone that likes privacy this would not be a place to stay with another person. Otherwise, it had AC, super cute neighborhood, comfy bed, fire stick tv and much more! Would stay there again!!”

“Thoroughly enjoyed my 5-day stay at Sanborn Guest House. Gary and Jaime have thought of everything you need for your stay. They are wonderful hosts and really knowledgeable about the local area. I stayed in the Sanborn Room, which is very comfortable and decorated with eclectic items from Gary and Jaime's travels. It's good having the separate sitting area with a lounge, a couple of chairs, and a coffee table, as well as access to the shared kitchen. The off-street secure parking is a bonus……
