Very clean property. Both exterior and interior are new. Rooms are very spacious and nicely appointed with the right pieces to make your stay comfortable. Clean. No odor. The only thing that would be nice is to be able to enter the hotel from the front and not the rear. Beds are very comfortable. Love love!!!

Place was extremely clean and staff was very helpful. Parking was super easy. You have to go into parking garage and then front desk gives you parking pass for duration of stay. It is $40 a day but better than having to pay everyone you go in and out of parking garage.

If you value your money DO NOT STAY HERE! Rooms are nice, hotel is nice. But it is highway robbery. 1. Parking is $50 a day if you want to be able to use your car to go in and out of the garage. 2. And this is the worst. They will place a $150 hold PER DAY for incidentals. And to make it even worse, I'm now on day 9 since I checked out and they have still not released the hold! I've tried calling the hotel directly and it rang for 25 minutes before someone finally picked up. Then the general manager gave me the standard 5 to 7 business days and was insanely rude. I stayed at 2 other hotels in my trip. A Holiday Inn Express and a Hilton. The incidental fee was a standard $50 and it was released less than 36 hours after checkout. We really enjoyed our trip in there but as Arizonian I was shocked about the parking fee because it's more than $50 per day/night. While in Arizona everywhere is free parking 😁

Horrible check in process. Waited for 40 mins in a line to check in to one person who was pretty rude. The rooms are decent for the price. The food at restaurant is ok it too expensive for what you get. The breakfast is horrible!!! Everything was cold and tasted like it was just defrosted, even the eggs. Even the coffee was bad and tased like water basically. There is a Starbucks next door though. If I got a really good discount for some reason, I would stay here again, but otherwise will never!
