“The hotel is conveniently located next to the Bunratty Castle with free parking. We stayed at a triple room and there are 3 chairs and a table which enable us to have good time playing cards and games. There are coffee machine and electric kettle in the room with ample coffee capsules and tea bags. Staff are helpful and gave clear instruction. There are also the gym and indoor pool which are open 6am-10pm. The Steakhouse at the ground floor is a good choice if you do not want to go out. There……

“Wonderful Place to stay. Nice and very clean rooms, excellent Food and very very friendly staff. Can only recommend this Hotel.”

“非常令人难忘的城堡住宿体验，房间比我们想象中的还要大，冬天还有壁炉可以取暖；大堂古色古香，入住有免费下午茶，晚6点有welcome champagne和精致糕点，7点后的5 course晚宴是按人头计费的，每人49欧，但所有的菜品都有菜单可选，我们一开始不知道，担心吃不完，只点了一道主菜，后来才发现是以人头计费的”

“The staff were helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean. However parking was very inadequate. Thru only had a few spaces on site and the closest lot was expensive.”

“We spent our first anniversary at Glenlo Abbey hotel, it was wonderful experience staying there ! Friendly staffs, well maintained room, very nice breakfast , you can order hot courses also enjoy the cold buffet with very Irish way ! Love it!”

“We only stayed one night there. The location is perfect, only a few minutes to many restaurants, the Murphy's icecream, and the supermarket is just around th corner. The problem is that you can clearly hear the footsteps from upstair and the noise last until midnight. But the room itself is tidy and clean.”

“We stayed for four nights, and had very good impression. the staff are overall very professional. The only weakness were the staff at the reception who were not very helpful.”

“Good experience. Please control warm water tap closely. Warm water can be out periodically.”
