The front desk staff was great, I’m not sure what all the negative reviews were talking about. The hotel itself was beautiful, although it could use some upgrades. Room was beautiful with the lake view. Overall great experience, fairly clean.

Great location plenty of space very clean and comfortable!

Stayed 4 nights. Wallpaper and carpet in upstairs hallway needs replacement. Room was not cleaned well (candy under table and crumbs in between sheets). Bathroom does not have a fan, no soap and hair dryer was broken. Front desk notified and soap provided but hair dryer issue not resolved my entire stay. You would think they would have some spare dryers available. No hot water at times (early evening and late morning). Expected maid service daily but nobody showed. Inquired at front desk and requested maid service but since my request was not 24 hours in advance, no maid showed up. I had to pick up clean towels and coffee at front desk on night #4. I'll choose a different property the next time I stay in the area.
