I've stayed several times at this hotel and I've been impressed every time. The rooms are always clean, the staff is very attentive and it has a great location.

Housekeeping didn’t even show up once in the three days we stayed there. The first night a hood light fell down, when I went to call the front desk the phone doesn’t work… nor did it get fixed after reporting this issue multiple times. I called the front desk on my cellphone. We had to go get a garbage ...

Beautiful, clean, private cabin on Lake Flower. Great communication from our host. We enjoyed the beauty of the Adirondack Mountains and the Saranac lake winter carnival. Definitely well worth the visit!

This house is amazing! It's obviously well-loved and well-stocked. It's large, bright, and airy, and all the bedrooms are well-appointed. My hometown. Glad to hear of an effort to establish a movie theater again. Used to be a drug store/soda fountain downtown. Would like to see them re-established.
Wonderful town and gorgeous part of the country
Only drawback is that it’s a long noisy walk into the center of town.
A beautiful village, with lots to do and see, lots of eating out options, and close to Lake Placid
Hotel is a considerable walk to/from Downtown Saranac Lake. vehicle transportation is necessary. downtown Saranac Lake is pretty congested with traffic most days...narrow streets. It was easier to drive into lake placid sometimes to get groceries.
