“Very clean property. Shower was good. Very roomy. Two suggestions: we could not find a broom and dustpan so you might want to add that. Also check out time of 10 AM is a tad early. Even a hotel allows 11 o'clock and sometimes extensions. Just some things to considerThank you.”

“The host was friendly and check-in information was nice and clear. The property definitely has some issues. Walked in the house to find dead bugs on the floor in various rooms and on window sills. Kids grossed out! The floors are all SUPER dirty. (Tile, Carpet & Rugs) Wouldn’t recommend walking around barefoot def need a new cleaner! The closets smelled super weird? Just painted or something else? We didn’t want our close in there with the fumes. Base boards missing in one room and shoty……

“Rented to have a quiet place to get my work done. Pool house has everything you need and beautiful. You have your own private pool and hot tub as well. It was worth every bit of it. I will be back! ”

“The house is BEAUTIFUL!! It’s really spacious and was perfect for my family. We had a small gathering with no issues at all. Our host was very welcoming and responded to all questions timely. When we requested additional towels they were sent over the very next day. My family will be reserving for future visits!!”

“The house itself was ok, but the host didn’t respond very quickly and never got us a microwave. The microwave didn’t work from day one and took 2 days to get maintenance over there to check it and the lights in the living room and one of the bedrooms. We could only take a shower in the guest bathroom because the latch wouldn’t go down to fill tub.The cleaners didn’t clean very well and only left us 2 laundry pods and 2 rolls of toilet paper when we were staying there for a week. Probably……

“We were very surprised by the high ratings and “exceptional” descriptions in the listing. They were responsive to our messages and check in was easy, but we would not stay at this place again. The photos were accurate but the apartment could use some sprucing up (ie, paint, chipped tiles, etc). We had a toilet that didn’t flush properly, and was a continued problem throughout the night. The only a/c unit (located in the bedroom) wasn’t sufficient for cooling down the entire place, or even……
