“they are racist. one lady was really kind the rest were very rude and dismissive. they had attitude towards me and my boyfriend.. we are 19 traveling alone. i noticed they would vacuum by our door at night instead of during the day, to me that’s very strange but i could be pushing it. we stayed 3 nights, NO breakfast and part of the reason we went there instead of across the street (with open pool) was bc the “FREE” breakfast. i just didn’t feel comfortable staying there as a person of color.……

“Fantastic room!!! really just needed a place to crash for a little bit. I ended up falling asleep and sleeping the whole night. The bed was super comfortable. When I woke up, I went to the front desk area and they had breakfast served. I was impressed with the breakfast scrambled eggs, sausage a variety of cereal, milk, yogurt, tea, coffee rolls, three different types of biscuits, etc. It was a feast! I also want to send some serious props out to the front desk personnel!!! I was greeted by a……

“I did not have any pets, but I know of someone who lived there with a pet. Room was generally clean, but found snack wrapper in corner of room. Air conditioner was effective, but kind of loud. No place for soap, shampoo, etc. in shower except on the floor. Had a hard time getting cold water from the sink. Bed was very comfortable, and, despite feeling pretty isolated (I think I was the only guest), I felt safe and secure. Place was well- lit and quiet.”

“First of all the hotel sat way back from the road and was kind of hidden. There were people hanging around outside that made us feel uncomfortable. The hotel was not maintained very well on the inside. There’s damage to the furniture and the doors and the carpet is very worn. The air conditioner in our room did not work and we ended up having to request a different room. We did not feel safe and won’t be booking with this Holiday Inn Express anytime soon. Such a disappointing stay.”

“All I know is BED BUGS! I checked in alittle after 8pm. We had attempted to get in the room at first, no luck the key cards didnt work. Firstly had to go back and get this fixed, took approximately 15 minutes just to do that. Secondly we finally get into the room and we immediately identify that there is a bug on her pillow, it was a single bed bug. Took that one and flushed it away because it seemed dead. Did a check on the mattresses and pillows and didnt identify anything further. Told the……
