Wooden Bridge Rapperswil - Hurden Tours

The hotel has great air conditioning! I was there during a heat wave & the room temperature could be adjusted unlike some other nearby hotels. The staff was polite and helpful. The tram is right outside the front door and only 3 stops to the train station. My only suggestion is to have a mini fridge. It would have been helpful for cold drinks and snacks during the heat wave.

Highly recommend this hotel. The most unbelievably incredible view of the alps and Lake Thun (make sure you book a balcony room). Wonderful breakfast included (not just continental). Sauna, steam room wellness spa on premises. Friendly people, and cute mountain town; just about 15 minutes from Interlaken. Loved this hotel, we returned and booked another night after some traveling around the area.

The air conditioning was a joke. Our room had a portable unit that was terrible (and loud). The water condensation bin filled every 3 hours and we could not empty it ourselves. Emptying required a bucket, lifting the entire machine over the bucket, and unscrewing the bottom of the unit.
