“Angel made check in very easy, rooms are very clean and tub spotless. No bugs, Breakfast nice to have the option they do a full display. Mostly quiet, the only complaint is coming in front of my room two days in a row with a very loud leaf blower, there is nothing there to be blown. Also staff opened my door when i just got out of shower, i had the lock thing on, it is a great property, nice staff, even had some nice conversations with other travelers which was lovely, i would give five stars……

“Staff was great, but our sofa bed and blankets had stains, breakfast was minimum and pool was closed”

“The hotel is in a “hidden” location. If you are checking in after sun down, be careful of people walking along the side of a dark road that leads to the hotel. You will miss your turn and think you’re turning into a truck stop but you’re not, the trucks keep right while you continue straight. The staff were pleasant, the hotel is outdated and needs some life brought back into it. It’s not very welcoming (dull), compared to the other Holiday Inn Select I’ve stayed at. “Great stay”

“We like self parking. Great breakfast. Clean room, suite was equipped with everything you needed for extended stay. Front desk Staff were professional and friendly, especially we would like to highlight a staff member who welcomed us at our check- in on 09/19/26 @4:30-5:00 pm. We greatly appreciate her amazing personality and professionalism”

“Just all around exceptional ! Will stay again when ever I pass through!”

“Our room appeared to be recently painted & clean. However, the refrigerator did not work. It was changed out w/n an hour of notifying the front office. The stopper for the tub was defective, but was changed out approximately 24 hours after notifying the front office. The outside ice machine closest to our room was out of service & one of the soda vending machines was out of service. The breakfast area was fairly large, clean & well maintained. However, the breakfast provided was minimal in……

“I checked in on a Thursday night, called for room service on Saturday, and Mr Bermon told me that there was no room service due to staff shortage. I requested clean towels and sheets, was told to pick up at the front desk. Oh, almost forgot, I reported that my room toilet was loose, it shook every time. Would not recommend.”
