“Everything else was so good, and the shower was so nice, I gave 5 out of 5, but someone really blundered on those super nice showers. The entrance is in the middle of the shower glass, so you can't reach in and turn on the shower. You have to get in, cringe in the corner to not quite dodge the cold initial shower burst. The hotel does have the virtually instant hot water, but what knucklehead designed a gorgeous shower stall in which you can't dodge the initial blast of cold or, heaven forbid,……

“I would think there would be free coffee in the lobby like most other hotels. If you want coffee, you have to buy their pricey Starbucks coffee. Food was good in the bistro, but only limited hours in the morning and evening…. I would recommend having a few “simple” kid-friendly offerings though. My little 6 year old nephew didn’t like anything on either menu. The staff and hotel were both excellent though.”
