“早餐”

“4 complaints- 1 was that I didn't know I had to pay for parking/ valet until I got there which was $35 a day so I ended up paying over $100 just to have my vehicle parked at the hotel- which is ridiculous since we were already paying almost $500 just to stay 2 nights already just for 1 room. Valet drained our vehicle battery twice because they left the headlights on the first time and the driver side door wasn't closed all the way and the radio was left on by them the second time. Thankfully……

“Good place to stay.”

“This hotel has so much potential but unfortunately fell short in several ways during my stay. The space itself is very unique, the bar was lovely and bartender was very knowledgeable and helpful. The overall idea of the hotel is cool enough that I don’t regret my choice to stay there. But my list of “could be better” is decent: The gal at the front desk was not very welcoming, the room could have been cleaner, the water pressure in the shower was poor, the bed was softer than I would choose, the……

“The ice machine didn’t work on our floor, nor did they fix it or put up a sign after being told it didn’t work. They took my nightgown and I had to call them twice to look for it. They deactivated my parking pass in the middle of my stay. Not a good stay at all, disappointing!”

“Minimal amenities offered”

“Flew in from Vancouver, near the 4-6pm check-in time. I reached out to the owner to notify them that my friend would check in for us. No response was given to that message or the previous message when I booked about requesting use of an outdoor space/firepit. Check-in went well for my friend, but she lost her phone on our way to dinner. She reached out to the owner via their business card phone number, asking if it was in the front lobby. No response. Once we returned late that night, we found……

“The room was very small and tight but the worst was the carpet - it was really sticky and felt uncleaned. The beds are comfy and fine to sleep in. The shower drain wasn’t draining well but it was nice to have the hotel staff to text me to ask me how my stay was going and I told them about the drain and they sent someone to fix it and it was better but I still showered standing in a bit of water which doesn’t feel super clean. And the steam from the shower set off the fire alarm which took awhile……

“This hotel is in a fantastic downtown Minneapolis location with excellent transit options, making it a quick trip over to the State Capitol building. The front desk team was absolutely amazing, welcoming, helpful, and highly professional. Unfortunately, the physical condition of the property did not match the great service. The shower in my room was very dated, and the hallway carpet on my floor had visible water damage and was lifting. The staff is wonderful, but management needs to address……
