“The staff was always cheerful and helpful unwilling to chat. If you want an activity, they all knew how to get it for you, even if it was supposedly booked full. Breakfast was always perfect as much as little as you needed and the coffee was hot. It was nice. They had a little store on site if you wanted to soda or a bottle of water or an alcoholic beverage. The pool is small, but it does the job. All of the taxi drivers know where this place is and they have a nice parking area. They also hire...

“Eric greeted us with a smile at the airport and we knew we were in good hands. Sandra and Tsungie as well as the rest of the staff took great care of us. Setting up tours, Eric provided our transportation. Nice breakfast great clean modern rooms. Great place to explore Victoria Falls on your own.”

“Great room comfy bed great breakfast.
Negative-got there at 8pm after a long 12 hour drive from mana pools, the kitchen staff made us a nice dinner of pork chops and rice but overcharged quite a bit. 15 usd/plate for one chop rice and veggies. But we were grateful to have a meal without having to head back out into town”

“Very welcoming check-in. We were allowed to check-in very early which was great. Lovely room, friendly staff, quiet location, beautiful public areas, delicious food. The honesty bar and pretty garden are a real bonus. Highly recommended.”
