Overall a good place. I stayed 2 nights in the dorms, clean and good overall. However, it was VERY hot at night (even with the ceiling fan). Had the dorm to myself and yet, I was sweating like crazy at night. It was cooler outside at night than in my dorm. Shared showers and bathrooms were clean ...
Great place to stay, the cottage was perfect for our family stay. Service was excellent and everyone was super friendly. Easy to organise all trips and tours with the reception so all in a great experience.
Best service ever, staff always bring their customers first and are well informed. Cleanliness is at its first class. Thanks team.
All the staff do all you can expect from a first class hotel and then some. The foid was great too.
This is a fantastic place to stay. Staff is great! Rooms spacious. View out the window or from our deck is wonderful and we see wildlife up close. Today we saw a mother warthog and her three babies.Wonderful experience. Recommend it highly.
Located in a fabulous setting , yet oly 20 minutes from the town and the wondrous falls
We were a little disappointed that inspite of highlighting that we were coming for my partner's birthday, the resort did not make any effort, let alone acknowledge it !
