A terrific place in the City to base yourself. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and welcoming, quiet ant night and the location is great for Circular Quay, The Rocks, restaurants and a short walk from the Botanical Gardens. Their breakfast was really good too

Location was brilliant - right beside Australia Square, so only a few minutes walk to Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, Royal Botanic Gardens, shops & underground station. Room was small, but had all mod cons, but WiFi was a bit hit & miss.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Great modern rooms, very clean, and close to the light rail. Really comfortable beds and pillows. The buffet was fine, pretty old school think hot meats, baked beans, and hash browns but they also thankfully had a small selection of fruit and a yogurt option. All good quality.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Checking in was easy and they had our rooms ready early. We were there on a Saturday & was disappointed that the bar and restaurant were not open until 5:30. Breakfast was included which was pretty standard value. The location was very good & we were able to walk everywhere including darling harbour, circular quay & barangaroo.

Very bad experience. The toilet was dirty and I was asked to pay money by their manager Jonathan if I want to be moved. They put me in the lowest floor with a view on the elevator. I would not recommend this to anyone.

We had a great stay this weekend! We had a function nearby and found it was right near all of the places we wanted to visit. Very friendly and professional staff, room was ready early for check in, very clean and nice room with great view! It was nice and quiet and love the block out blinds. Buffet breakfast was great and is right near our favourite restaurant, the station and within a walk to most places of interest. Highly recommend and we will be back! Thanks again!

The hotel was clean and staff were professional. We came directly after our cruise and got to the hotel very early. When I asked if they could store our luggage, the gentleman at the desk said our room was ready and we could check in now. I really appreciate that. The location was perfect. Very close to harbor and plenty of restaurants.
