The location of Hotel Edison is great; within short walking distance to Times Square, Broadway theatres, and the Subway. The hotel's safety measures were top-notch! The housekeeper on Floor 9 was wonderful! She cleaned our room almost immediately upon me leaving each morning. By the time I came back to the hotel each afternoon, my room was clean. The size of the room (and bathroom) were very tiny. I would have liked to have a mini refrigerator in the room.

It was overall a great experience. The rooms were a little musty and the water stinky but overall good location and great experience. The staff was very friendly and prompt when we needed things. The breakfast that was included was not great but it was something.

We had 2 room which one room wasn’t even ready for over a hour over check in time! The other room was hot so we called them they came up and cleaned filter then it was fine! The front desk staff is very rude!

Walkable and convenient located. Wifi was difficult to connect to and needed assistance from the hotel to connect a laptop! We gave up on connecting cell phones. We had breakfast included in the reservation- it was 2 options, a grab and go one, and the 2nd option paying additional $$! The grab & go is an either/or, so you have to choose. Long line, especially if one of the options runs out as you either wait or choose something else from the ones allowed. No sitting. Choose from coffee, orange juice or black tea.
