El lugar increíble. Las habitaciones limpias, amplias y con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. El personal súper amable y la comida deliciosa.

Amazing place. Big bedrooms with more than the needed stuff. Incredibly comfortable and big bed. Hotel friendly staff is very helpful and attentive all the time, making you feel comfortable and relaxed. Breakfast is indescribable. I have never seen such a big and diverse buffet. The best option in this area. It's really worth it.

We were upgraded to a pool villa which made the stay worth the money we paid but if we had received the room we originally booked, it would have been an awful value for money. The reception is old and looks like a 2-star hotel reception. There is not enough space on the beach or around the 2 pools to fit all guests so it does feel chlostrophobic. We spent our days on the Lamai beach or at Nikki beack instead. The food was not great and expensive in comparison to what we can get to similar star rating hotels. Staff was not friendly. Not a nice experience.

Es un resort de 10/10, el personal desde recepción , camareros, conductores, todos son excelentes,la comida deliciosa y variada. Se preocupan que tú estancia en el hotel sea la mejor. Gracias, gracias, gracias. Volveremos algún día y lo vamos a recomendar a todos nuestros amigos.
