Banff All inclusive Vacations

Not the hotels fault but very noisy but there was a wedding on but at 02.15 heard pouring water got up and water was coming through the ceiling and down the door from the upstairs room tried twice to call reception no response got dressed went to try find someone before any more damage was done found someone who came up to address the issue. Person had passed out drunk in shower with water running hence the problem got back to bed 30 min later water slowly stopped after 45 min. Ordered full breakfast forgot our bacon and sauce which we asked for which came 10 min after we had finished. Hotel itself was a 10/10 but we were unlucky after travelling for 11 hours to get there.

My 9 year old daughter’s review is “It was very nice and the bedrooms are very good and the swimming pool is very fun.” I occur.

This property is well situated a short walk from Aberdeen center the room was okay bathroom shower ceiling cracked and paint coming off on shower ceiling lack of wind does every old difficult to get air inside there is a bar downstairs do parking is limited

The ambition is high and the renovation been done very nicely but the stairs are very dirty and the first thing you notice when entering your room is the various stains on the carpet. There is also black mould in the bathroom. Breakfast was ambitious with excellent coffee and perfectly poached egg.

Staff was very nice. Wonderful breakfast.
