Banff All inclusive Vacations

Staff are amazing and hotel very clean. Hot water poor and was misinformed on enquiry regarding it. Unfortunatley and do not blame this person as new to position but we were told no hot water for couple days. Spoke to another later and explained due to hotel being quiet and old piped needed to run sink and bath taps together until hot eventually comes through. Other wise 5 stars all the way and we will definitely be back

The was clean with air-conditioning. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location was convenient with parking at discounted price. The breakfast was good and the dinner, fantastic. I recommend the hotel.

We liked that the hotel was centrally located slightly outside of the main center of Aberdeen. It was smartly decorated, was quiet location, and convenient to many city destinations and public transportation. The simplicity of our accommodations made for a spacious room including the bathroom which is often much smaller and functional. If there was one thing I feel was missing were some usual/typical amenities one might find in the bathroom, such as shampoo and conditioner, body soap/wash, lotion, tissues, etc. That said, I rarely bring anything besides a comb, toothbrush and toothpaste anymore. I appreciated the availability of soap and shampoo but I missed not having hair conditioner. Also, there was body wash but no washcloths with which to use it. In addition, we had a full breakfast every morning which was a perfectly delicious start to our day! On our day of departure, we also appreciated that our luggage was stowed for us while we did our final sightseeing before catching a scheduled train to our next destination. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Copthorne Hotel!
