班夫全包假期

飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。

We enjoyed our stay, everything was clean and we had had all amenities met in the kitchen along with a welcome food basket which was unexpected but super nice! Kids had a lovely walk to the pond where there were swans. Lots of parking outside. Thank you!

Loved staying here, a short walk from the P&J for the International Bell Symposium. The staff were always available and helpful. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast, and the room was perfect for my needs. Many thanks!

The room was nice with a great shower and bed. WIFI was strong and the evening meal was good quality.

Location for early flight is perfect. Breakfast starting at 5am is also a great asset and the breakfast was very good. We had an issue with the chair in our room needing cleaning and we brought it up to the front desk staff who were horrified by that and extremely apologetic. The room was sizeable, quiet and the facilities are excellent the lift is quick which makes for a pleasant experience.
